I really enjoyed this first impression. It’s based on true events and follows the story of a seven heard old boy in post world war 2 Italy. His mother is very poor and both of them are trying to make ends meet. He is placed sling with other children on a train to the north where he is placed with a family to live and thrive. He settles in nicely and one he returns to his home he finds himself desperately missing the north and his new family there. This first look was amazing and I can’t wait to read the rest.
