This book really showed what it's like to live in a small town. I found myself relating to a lot of the problems we see, such as everyone knowing everything about everyone and how there's nothing to do most of the time. I also loved Keely's perspective on everything going on around her; I felt she was an incredibly relatable character. Additionally, the way Keely and her friends interact with each other as well as other minor characters made me miss that time in my own life. Cameron Lund does a wonderful job of depicting what life is like as a teenager and I constantly found myself reflecting on my own time at that young age. I felt this book had everything I was expecting and wanted; from drama and heartbreak to experiencing a first crush and even love, this book had it all. I’m so glad I gave it a chance and you should too!
