Fun and lighthearted
Fun and lighthearted read. The characters aren’t my favorite people ever, but then again,I’ve been out of high school for a long time. I do remember the angst of young love and all of the trappings that go along with it. So I found that part relatable. This is a good quick read. You probably won’t remember it later though. Not really a book of substance. I think it would appeal more to a younger generation. Her friends did not really seem like friends, especially Andrew who she falls in love with. He seems like a creepy womanizer. Sleeping with practically everyone around with no thought about people’s feelings. Also,I don’t think that most girls are that casual about sex at that young of an age.
