I struggled a bit to finish this one. Didn't love the storyline of her being focused on losing her virginity just for the sake of losing it and it kinda made me sad (I know, I know), this is making me sound really old.
I love YA and I love romance, but this one was a struggle the first half with her motivations being so shallow. However, I do LOVE a friends to lovers trope so soon found myself cheering on long-time best friends Keely and Andrew making it as a couple. Do they? You'll have to read it for yourself because I'm not telling you.
I was hoping for a little more depth and struggled with not being able to like any of the characters at first - as a mom, I really hope this is not the reality for my kiddos.
