Wow, so far Best Laid Plans is turning into an insanely relatable book for me. The pressure that comes with being the last virgin in your friend group (or being a virgin surrounded by experimental high schoolers, period), being a part of a friend group in which you don't necessarily like the girls you hang out with but do out of habit... Add a middle of nowhere New England town and this was literally my high school experience.

I can tell that Best Laid Plans is going to be a feel good book for me to read. I already adore Andrew and his friendship with Keely, and am excited to see how it will develop. Danielle irritates me, but maybe she's supposed to? Maybe she'll get better, maybe she won't. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't. Keely's stress about being a virgin is a bit over dramatic but also accurate when you're young and feeling like you need to be like everyone else and overthink everything.

I'm looking forward to reading more!
