Just Say No - thank you
Will give her props for the double entendre title, but I'm pretty sure I know how this one turns out. This one isn't for me; I will read YA but like more substance than this one appears to have.
And I don't believe this one will be a YA hit. While the characters seem likable, there was something off. I don't know if it was the actions of the characters or dialogue, but it didn't ring true to me for teenagers. I'm not sure I see the targeted age group wanting to read it.
One more thought: the title is good, but the two people pictured on the cover seem MUCH older than high school seniors.
This is my first "First Impression" - I wish I could have given it a better review. Gave it an extra star to make up for the fact that it's not in my preferred genre.
