It was a fun read but not having read the first 2 books, I felt I wasn’t as invested in the characters. I thought the book could be read as stand alone but it did take me a bit to catch up and figure out what had gone on in the last book.
Perhaps I should go back and read the first two books and I would most likely rate this story higher.
I thought overall the characters were enjoyable and the story was well written. I just felt a bit separated from them since I didn’t feel as invested as someone who read the first 2 books. Overall it was a quick read and the romance was fun and sweet.
