This is labeled as book 3 in the series, but I started here and I was just fine. I haven't read the previous two books in the series, but I was able to just jump right in and had no problems! Tessa and Cole have been together and have worked through problem after problem only to persevere and beat the odds!
The author takes us on a roller coaster ride of emotion. We alternately root for the couple and then think they can do better than each other and then want them to work out...it's emotional for sure!! The author takes everything that the reader thinks they know and makes them question their entire thought process. Will they make it? Do we want them to make it? What will happen?!?!
This is my first book by author Blair Holden, but it won't be my last! I loved her writing style, her characters and her plot lines. An amazing read - Don't hesitate to add this to your TBR list and move it to the top as soon as possible!! You will instantly want to add the rest of her books to the list once you finish reading this one!
