It sounds like the main character deals with a lot of self doubt and insecurities leading me to believe she suffers from anxiety. I can definitely relate to the type of things she is feel. My husband and I got together at a young age and he left for basic and tech school for awhile. We also argue sometimes because of my anxiety but after being diagnosed he is more understanding and understands me more. I definitely think this is a story I would enjoy.
