I wasn't drawn in to this, and it's not because it's a teen romance. It's because the main character/narrator isn't very likable. Also, I don't like the language used and a present tense account of being in bed with someone turns me off. It's like she is telling me, the reader, as he is touching her etc. (Rather than expressing the feelings in the aftermath.) It just doesn't appeal to me and made me stop reading. The only thing I liked about this was the cover.
