This book has a snarky heroine who I really like. I would love to read more about her and how she navigates "escapology and teenage angst in small town Rhode Island. Reading this first impression makes me real glad that those years are far behind me but alas not so far that I have forgotten how awful they were at times. This book looks to be a good reminder of that as well as an interesting look into escapology, which I had never really considered much.
