So at first glance, I was intrigued by the cover because I really like the style it’s done in. The blurb also pulled me in even more because it sounded like there was a lot of drama in the story, and the book is about escape artists which I’ve nevertheless read about. After reading the sample, I am slightly disappointed because it doesn’t really include either of the topics I was drawn into the book for.
