I both love and hate the cover. Love Kalanthe smirking/checking out Olsa. Hate Olsa's body position and how her head doesn't look like it matches her body at all. It gives the vibes she was altered after the cover was finished and not well.
I really love the idea of following the heroes in the aftermath of saving the day. Day to day life in fantasy is far too removed or absent, IMHO.
I was interested in the world building, great start.
But what really sold me was Olsa's humor and their obvious love affair. I NEED MORE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
