Although I had read the description going in, I still didn't quite know what to expect with this book. It is a truly clever mystery that definitely stretches the boundaries of your typical mystery thriller (one of my favorite genres). The reader is faced with a narrator whose identity changes multiple times throughout the story. Essentially, the narrator jumps back and forth between the bodies of different guests attending the same estate party, thus seeing the same day from different vantage points and picking up on different clues.

It's not an "easy" read because you constantly need to pay attention to the details so you don't get lost, but the puzzle aspect is very intriguing. At no point did I guess the solution, and by the end I was thoroughly impressed with the author's creativity. I recommend this book to anyone who is up for a well-plotted mystery that is a little out of the ordinary!
