Unique premise!
I found out about this book through BookswithEmilyFox on youtube, she talked about it frequently in a way that made it sound amazing!
I only knew the very basic premise of it being a murder mystery within a time loop and that's the only thing I needed to know to give it a try.
Sadly, the premise was way more interesting than the execution. I listened to the audiobook and I really liked the narrator, but still I feel asleep around the middle of the book. It got repetitive quickly around the middle and I felt like the main character was going around aimlessly.
The beginning was very immersive, but the middle was a bit boring and the end was a bit of a stretch. The final revelation was kinda lackluster and so was the overall conclusion to it all.
Overall it was an intriguing story, but it promised more than what was delivered. I still want to read the author's new book.
