Read it. Recommend it. Then, read it again.
I cannot say how much I loved this book!! At each turn of the page, at each turn of the story, you THINK you know what's coming next, you THINK your reader detective skills have kicked in, you THINK you've solved the "who dunnit mystery." But this is no traditional "who dunnit mystery."
This is such a complex story for a writer to put to paper. At the same time, it was such a complex story to take in for the reader. For someone who raises through page after page of every book I read, I found myself wanting to slow down and really take this one in... you miss one detail, and you miss the full story. I find myself now wanting to re-read the story again, to re-examine each character, and to re-experience the ending.
