I did not enjoy this book. Not even a little tiny bit. It took so long to read and I considered DNF-ing it a few times. It just dragged on and on and on for me.
The concept sounds so cool. The title is cool and the cover is beautiful. But then I started reading and this story was so difficult to get into and understand. The writing felt disjointed and the plot was just so confusing. It was convoluted at best. The time travel aspect should have been interesting, but it was just confusing.
There were way too many characters to keep track of and none of them felt memorable at all since they didn't really have distinct individual personalities.
I didn't feel any sort of investment in this book or the ending, but the conclusion was still extremely anticlimactic. Not to mention there was a lot of fat-shaming which was incredibly unnecessary and shouldn't have been included.
