Oh my gosh I loved this book! From the first sentence my brain went huh and then the time hopping and body hopping and crazy plot happened and I was along for quite the ride. The Agatha Christie vibe and Groundhog’s Day premise had me. The idea of reliving a day in different bodies to solve a murder is so unique. The way Turton was able to write these different characters from their points of view and tie in so many other characters is mind boggling. I can’t imagine what his brain must have been like writing this. My brain reading it was a jumble of what just happened. I felt like I needed a diary to write down my thoughts and what was happening. The detailed writing painted such a clear picture of an intricate thriller. I adored this novel and can’t sing it’s praises enough! A wonderful debut and I can’t wait to see what other books Turton gives us in the future!
