Gripping, fast-paced, keeps you guessing
This book had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. It was a roller coaster ride full of twists and turns from beginning to end.
That said, I have a hard time writing a review because I feel like anything I say will be a spoiler. I loved the Groundhog Day-esque repeating day timeline with a twist. The twist is that each new day, Aiden Bishop wakes up as a different character in the same story. With each new perspective, he is closer to solving the murder of Evelyn Hardcastle.
The author keeps the tension up as we wonder if he will solve the crime before he runs out of hosts and what the consequence will be if he does not. Everyone knows a piece of the story, brings different strengths to the table, and has different allies and enemies at the party.
This is one of those great reads that keeps you guessing and forbids you from putting it down. Do yourself a favor and give it a read.
