I'm sad to say I was extraordinarily disappointed in this book. I was so excited about the plot when I first picked it up. It sounded fresh and intriguing, and I couldn't wait to dive in. As I started getting into it, I found the writing very tedious and dull.

There was nothing about Evelyn that made her interesting or justified the main character's interest in her. She wasn't likable and didn't really seem that important, actually. With each body Aiden finds himself in, there's not enough character development or description to really justify why he's moved to this particular body. The mysterious characters in the background story that seem to be helping or hurting the plot don't add enough to the story to justify their existence (until the very end).

Once I reached the ending and the plot was explained, I had this giant WTF moment. That was seriously what I just spent all my time trudging through this book for? Whyyyyyyy? Just....why?! I'm sure this book is some people's cup of tea, but it's just not my kind of mystery.
