Nothing and no one is as they seem in Blackheath. Everyone is wearing a mask, some metaphorically and some literally. The ball of lies that is unraveled throughout the book was masterfully crafted with an ending that felt satisfying after the long adventure through the time loop.

This ended up being one of the best books I have read in 2018. Although some readers have found it confusing, I thought that the author did a fantastic job of keeping the complex storyline easy to understand.

Fast paced, exciting, fun— I have continued to think about this book almost 8 months after I read the ARC. For me, this is a sign that a book is truly great.

If you’re looking for a book that is a little out of the normal, I urge you to pick this up.
