I'm not usually much of a mystery fan, but this really takes the genre to a new level. An otherworldly level. Literally.
The main character, Aiden, is thrust into a new body every day and must solve a murder - a murder with so many implications and suspects that your head will spin.
It wasn't so much the whodunit that drew me in, though, as the body jumping itself. Each comes with new challenges that affect Aiden's ability to discover more clues - age, weight, rage, and even intelligence levels.
Meanwhile, the mysterious man in the plague mask haunts him, a strange maid named Anna pulls his strings, and the clock is ticking.
When the pieces started falling into place, I couldn't put it down. I really look forward to whatever this author writes next.
