Jane Tennison is goin to be an interesting character to follow through the series because her lack of knowledge of that area that she is covering as a Woman Police Constable since she grew up in a very different area which seems like a different world. I am hoping the in either this book or the future WPC Tennison deals with the son of the woman that she helped home, since he seemed like a shady character and seems to be like his line of work is on the illegal side. The time period in which Tennison is written is going to add another layer to what WPC Tennison has to overcome due to the fact that she is not welcomed into the criminal justice world being a woman. I hope that she proves the male in leadership positions wrong in this book as well as in the rest of the series.
