I don't usually read memoirs, so this book was way out of my comfort zone. I was very nervous that it would be slow, boring, uneventful, or some awful combination of the three. I am very ecstatic to report that it was none of the above. This book made me feel things. I am admittedly a very emotional person in general, but man this book was good at getting me to laugh, cry, and everything in between. I think no matter what age you are, this is a good book to read. It teaches a lot of good life lessons, along with throwing in a little humor for entertainment. It did not take me long at all to read this book, and I want to read it ten more times just to experience it again and again. I want to thank the author for sending me an advanced copy of this beautiful memoir, and I want to thank Bookish First for giving me the opportunity to review this book. I had such a fun time reading it, and it was well worth it.
