The title and cover picture caught my attention; I feel they are absolutely perfect for this book. The synopsis brought out a feeling a empathy for the author in me. As a mother, I can't even begin to imagine how it would feel to give your newborn up for adoption. Even more intriguing is the fact that the author was also adopted.
