I'm not quite sure about this book. The excerpt doesn't really sync with the synopsis. I thought it was more about adoption - both hers and her first child's. But the synopsis started out with her marital problems over moving. And while there did seem to be a Iink between that and adoption, I'm not sure how she's going to really connect the story. I admit, the first chapter kind of turned me off. The other thing I couldn't get is if the child she gave up for adoption was comfortable with her telling this story because it's not just hers to share. But it did seem fairly well written.
