I'm an adoptive mom, so anytime fiction involves adoption, I'm eager to read it. There are so many families that have been touched by adoption, but not many books that feature adoptive families. I love that this book will explore both sides of the coin, with the main character having been adopted and also placing her child for adoption. I can't wait to see how this author deals with the complexities of this issue, both the joys and the losses.
