My first thought is the character's name being Amandla. I can't get behind saying this one in my head and I feel myself shaking my head every time I try. Then I feel like the story of the disappearing dad has been played out way too much in contemporary YA's. I don't think I'll be reading this one but I do love all the colors on the cover and feel that is eye catching.
