The cover invites you into the story at first glance. I loved the first pages of this book. It is easy to get quickly drawn into the story of Amandla and Annalisa. The mystery of her father is one that you want to find the answer for and to explore more of the mother-daughter relationship where the daughter must act more like the mother. Excited to read the rest of the story!
