I don't typically read many contemporary novels, but I like that this one seems to have a bit of mystery to it. Finding out about her father and her mother's visions seems like an interesting twist that would keep me wanting to know how it is going to end. Might not be for me, but seems like something that fans of the genre would enjoy.
