A spy novel with an interesting premise!
This book is a spy/mystery novel with a fun twist! A global pop star, Winter Young, is recruited by an organization similar to the CIA to work an undercover mission to catch a very rich and well-connected criminal. The story is set up well, with an intriguing main character who is very charismatic, but also misunderstood. The author somehow makes a huge pop star seem very relatable and you are instantly cheering for him and hoping for him to succeed. The character development of multiple characters right away draws you in and there is an extra mystery introduced from the start, with Winter being offered information about how his brother died if he takes the undercover job.
The author provides very descriptive explanations of the characters and scenery and it is one of those books that feels like a movie playing out in your head as you read! It is a very fast-packed read that draws you in right away. Multiple characters and relationship are introduced in the beginning that you will get invested in very quickly!
