I loved how Marie Lu quickly introduces the character Winter Young, a pop star at the top of the game but feeling unfulfilled by his life, who is approached by a covert ops group for a mission only he can complete. Already we can see that he cares for his mother and still feels the loss of his brother very deeply. I'm curious to see how the mission will unfold, and how it'll change Winter's perspective on life. The cover is gorgeous!
