Lu's masterful storytelling and gift for world building once again come together to create a truly captivating read. Talin is an intriguing narrator, and I find myself wanting to read more about her story. All in all, this novel has the makings of a hit even greater than the "Legend" trilogy, and I'm excited to see what comes next from this world.
