Well, this isn't a preferred genre. I normally wouldn't even read the blurb if I saw it in a bookstore, but I have to say this is pretty crisp writing. It's imaginative and drew me in with the vivid descriptions and creativity. I still wouldn't read this book in its entirety, but for someone who enjoys this genre, it seems like a good solid read.
