The cover was the first thing that grabbed my attention with this book - it draws you right in! Also, Marie Lu is one of my must-read authors, I think she writes YA set in slightly dystopian settings so well. This one grabbed my attention right from the beginning and I really enjoyed the excerpt and I need to know what happens next!
