Though the beginning is predictable, the world building is phenomenal. I was immediately hooked and I'm dying to read the rest of the story! Talin is a strong individual, both in mind and body, and I love her determination. I can tell already that this will be a heart breaking and emotional tale of fighting a losing war. I can't to see how this ends.
