Skyhunter is a good reason why I love fantasy books. Talin and the entire world building was amazing. I'm going to have to pick up the second book because I have to know what happens next. I love the dystopian elements of the book and the fact that it isn't centered around a main romance. The lead character stands on her own and makes her own decisions based on the rules of the world.
I love how the strikers used their own set of signed language to communicate when they're out in the world which made this much different from other fantasy novels I've ever read. I absolutely think this book should be made into a movie. The cover is astoundingly beautiful and I think it was a great choice.
I have never read any other books by Marie lu but I have had Kingdom of back on my TBR for a very long time I think it's time to read that along with ordering the next installment of this book.
