The author has created an intriguing plot with characters the reader wants to know more about. Talin is a likable young lady whom a reader feels immediate compassion for, as she is blamed for her friend’s death. One wants to see her succeed and be admired for her bravery. She seems to be a person who wants to do what is right. It will be interesting to see what kind of connection there will be between her and the man who has been taken prisoner. One wants good to triumph over evil.
