Let me start by saying wow, after just this introduction I am desperate for more, an ache in my side that will throb until I can re-enter the all consuming world that is Skyhunter. The fascination started before I even started reading to be honest, that cover is absolutely stunning and sure to stand out on any shelf, which is perfect because this book is one that will leave all science fiction lovers mesmerized, glossing over this title without stopping would be tragic.
The story begins with a haunting description of the Ghosts that are being used to consume everything in their paths, and moving on to greet Talin and the other Strikers fighting for their beautiful land and their very lives. I love that they use sign language instead of speaking, it adds something that is missing from most of literature today. I also love the metaphors that I already see forming in this narrative. A heart pumping story line plus characters with so much depth they feel real this one is sure to be an instant hit.
I can not wait to find out what happens in the rest of the story, and I know my followers are going to love this too! Definitely an easy one to promote simply because I can't imagine this not hitting the best sellers list!
