Siren Queen was not what I expected when I picked it up to start reading. I was thinking of classic Hollywood glitz and glamour, of which there was some. From the cover art, I thought I would bw getting a different view of the early-days of filmmaking with a bit of fantasy thrown in for good measure.
What I did not expect was the whole new world that was built around the early-years of Hollywood and how intriguing it would be. Siren Queen and its characters are so much more then the fluffy book I thought I would be reading. It gave my imagination a workout!
