You had me at "queer historical fiction"!

I do not normally read a lot of adult fiction since I am a teen services librarian and therefore mostly focus on young adult fiction--but once I realized this historical fantasy novel was queer and checked out the First Look, I was way more excited! I've heard great things about Nghi Vo and am excited to check this one out, though it is a little outside my normal reading bubble.
