Okay first of all the cover is amazing. As soon as I look at it, I think old Hollywood. I think you nailed the cover picture!
When I first read the summary, it reminded instantly of The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and I loved that book. I love reading about a woman's rise in Hollywood and what she has to do to get to that level. Luli Wei sounds like a woman who knows what she wants and will do anything to get it. She sounds like a strong female protagonist and I adore that. It sounds like it will rip my heart out and mess with my feelings and I am all for it!!
