This novel is 110% the perfect book for me. Not only does it include representation/ diversity, but it meshes it into the Old Hollywood scene. I did a class in college all about celebrity and the impact of it on the psyche of young women (BIPOC and white), BIPOC voices, and LGBTQIA+, so i'm very excited for this book. Not to mention that opening line!
