I'll be the first to admit that I'm totally biased here: I went into this first look expecting to love it. I'm obsessed with Nghi Vo's works, and from what I've seen so far, Siren Queen is no exception to that rule. Okay, the fact that it is also LGBTQ+ historical fiction is *chef's kiss*
Unsurprisingly, the descriptive nature of Siren Queen (from what I've seen) is outstanding. It's beautiful and compelling, introducing us to characters worth following and potentially falling in love with. I need more.
