I thought that this book was relatively interesting. I liked how the author shared their own experiences and was able to share the motivation behind writing a book like this. I also like how the author asked very hard-hitting questions that make you reflect on your own life and own decisions. My favorite section was the "Your New Five Serves a Day" section. It motivated me to be more intentional with allowing myself to take care of myself and focus on positive things. I feel that it helped me be more aware of doing things that make me happy.

Another thing that I always look for in books is a great cover. This cover was really pretty and was the reason I originally decided to read the first look. Moreover, I really liked how the author was really honest about their experiences. Overall, I felt like the book is a good tool for people to dive deep and unlock their true potential.
