Opinion For a Better Life

I struggle with self-help books and this one definitely wasn't for me. I struggled to connect with the experiences and methods the author talked about, but I do think that he brings up several good points about how a person views themselves and the need for some changes within society as a whole. I'm not as open to experiences as the author and would not be interested in many of the new age methods discussed.
