Not for me, but will recommend to others!

Since I do not generally gravitate towards self-help books, I do not think this book is quite for me--but I know that there are absolutely readers out there who enjoy this type of work and will love this book! So while I don't foresee myself reading it in its entirety, I will certainly recommend it to others.
