I was turned off this book for a lot of reasons. I don't really like self-help books, and especially not this style, which was aggressively motivational. I didn't like how the author promised his process would solve all the reader's issues if followed. And I did not like how the author promoted drug use, even if he put a disclaimer in the book. It was written well enough, though.
