Not a fan of self-help books, but this was interesting

I honestly am not a big fan of self-help books, but this first look was interesting enough. I appreciated the firsthand perspective as it makes the content more interesting and relatable. I also thought the cover art was beautiful and the title was interesting enough for someone to pick up. I'm not sure this is a book that I would be able to maintain my attention span, but I'm sure it's a great book for people who like self-help books.
