Maybe should have been written as a memoir instead?

I do think that the cover design is eye catching. However, I am leery of the self help advice the author is offering. Condoning drug use in the foreword of a self-help book seems like a rocky path to choose. If you have an awesome story why not share it as a memoir instead?
